Day Of Coordination:
You’ve spent months (maybe years!) dreaming about and planning your special day down to the last detail, and that day is finally here! It’s a day where family, expectations and emotions all come together at once and it can be overwhelming! With “Day Of” Coordination, you are free to enjoy your big day while I run things behind the scenes to make sure that your vision unfolds naturally, effortlessly, and joyously for you and your loved ones.
“Day Of” Coordination includes:
- A one-hour initial consultation to get to know you and understand your vision for your day
- Up to one hour of rehearsal direction
- Ten to twelve hours of time on your special day (with additional hours available for $50/hr)
- Phone or email support for questions as needed before the big day
- Reliable vendor recommendations
- Assistance with your budget and planning timeline, if requested
- Final coordination of all event vendors – including contract review and final arrival confirmations
- Initial walk-through of venue(s) as you determine your vision and space requirements
- Final walk-through two weeks to 30 days before the event to confirm details, timeline and any last minute changes
- Distribution of final payments to vendors
- Ceremony and reception set-up (within allotted hours)
- Guest management, greetings and protocol seating
- Tear down if within contracted time

Full Service:

I can do it all…or as much as you want me to. I can be a resource for you as you design your vision for your big day or I can use my creativity to design your vision as you tell me what you would like to see. Your event is a work of art, and I consider it a masterpiece when it has captured the essence of the new couple. The Full Service package will give you a day to remember for all the right reasons!
The Full Service package can provide:
- Up to 40 hours of planning and consulting, including:
- Management of all wedding-related details
- Attendance of any meetings (vendor, venue, etc.) as desired
- Ordering of décor and supplies if requested—any and everything that you might like to have at your event
- Can include rehearsal dinner management and planning
- Can include honeymoon research
Up to 12 hours on site for the ceremony and reception, including:
- All “Day Of” Coordination services
- Management of all delivery, set-up and tear-down details
- Travel time to your venue (to be discussed at our initial meeting)
All details will be finalized with a contract.

Sometimes, even if you have the vision for your next event and enjoy being involved in the behind the scenes planning, life happens and there are never enough hours in the day. You need a hand and some trusted advice and direction. With the “Everything In Between” package, I can provide just the right amount of support in the planning of the event, but will be on-hand to provide all the “Day Of” Coordination services so that you are free to enjoy your day.
