Phoebe and Travis

Crystal clear skies and the perfect July day for a wedding. Phoebe and Travis tied the knot in a beautiful meadow, complete with an awesome barn, compliments of some special family friends. Little side note: this barn was moved board by board all the way from back east, to be reconstructed here by Phoebe’s dad. Let’s just say, it is a pretty great barn. On any beautiful July day, very little needs to be done to add to the grandeur of an outdoor Colorado wedding; the outdoors are decor enough. Just follow the signs to the perfectly nestled ceremony site in the middle of some pine trees, nature’s own chapel, and have a seat. Such a lovely spot. When the knot was tied, the guests then made their way back to that great barn to spend this gorgeous summer evening eating, toasting, and dancing. A huge highlight was the Raising Cain band that the couple selected. I think they played every favorite dance song in America, and the dance floor was jammed the whole night. Gotta say that is when I wish I wasn’t working! I love lace in a barn, and flowers in the meadow, and it was all the perfect backdrop to send Phoebe and Travis off. Congratulations to the new Mr. and Mrs. Hall. Thanks to Bullfrogs and Butterflies Photography for documenting another perfect day.
